On February 3, the left line of the section between Fuchunjiang Road Station and Qiantangjiang Road station in the 05 section of Qingdao Metro Line 6 (hereinafter referred to as "Fuqian section") was connected, marking the completion of the excavation task of the civil engineering section of Qingdao Metro Line 6.

The length of the left line of the Fuqian section is 1289.722 meters, and the maximum buried depth of the tunnel is 33.1 meters. The curve section with the minimum radius of 600 meters in the interval, 11 crushing belts are repeatedly penetrated, 4 long distance from the crushing belt, the ascites supply in the interval is sufficient, and the construction requirements are high and the difficulty is great.

In order to ensure the smooth construction of the section, the construction party strictly controlled the type selection of shield segment and the tunnel driving attitude parameters during the curve driving process to ensure the quality of the formed tunnel. Measures such as replacing the head of large-tonnage battery car, setting up the rear video system, preventing running car and increasing stirrups to reduce the slope of large slope are taken to ensure the safety of large-longitudinal slope excavation. Combined with the unfavorable geological conditions, the excavation method is adjusted accordingly, and the auxiliary way of "slag improvement and water stop ring construction" is adopted to realize the rapid passage through the fault fracture zone without stopping and reduce the construction risk of tunnel gushing stuck machine.

In order to ensure normal construction during the Spring Festival and speed up the project construction, the construction side formulated the progress target and incentive measures of the node, improved the logistics support measures, and improved the enthusiasm of the operators. All efforts were made to form a good situation of high tunnel forming quality, fast tunneling speed and controlled safety management, and realized the tunnel was completed on time.
