The "Trailblazer no. 1" pipe jacking machine can form the subway entrance and exit passage with a height of 5.4 meters and a width of 7.5 meters at one time, which will complete the construction of the passage without affecting surface traffic. The pipe jacking length of No. 4 Shaoguang Station in Dongshao Area is 49 meters, and the geological conditions are complicated. The bottom is medium weathered argillaceous siltstone, with upper soft and lower hard accompanied by water-rich sand layer. Entrance 4 runs through the main road of Renmin East Road to Huanghua Airport, with heavy traffic flow, high safety risk and high construction difficulty. In order to better complete pipe jacking, the project department and industry experts organized several seminars and reviews to repeatedly demonstrate the adaptability of pipe jacking, so as to minimize the impact of pipe jacking construction on ground vehicles and pedestrians.

With the start of "Pioneer no. 1" pipe jacking machine, changsha Metro Line 6 pipe jacking project officially entered the tunneling stage. In the follow-up construction, the project staff will complete the pipe jacking construction task with more enthusiasm, high quality, high standard and high efficiency, contributing to the early completion of Changsha Metro Line 6.
